Sales & Marketing in
Business Central
One place for customers, quotations, orders and follow-up — so your sales team stops chasing information across WhatsApp, Excel and email.
From enquiry to cash, in one flow
A quotation becomes a sales order, then a shipment and an invoice — no re-typing, no mismatched prices, and every document linked back to the customer record.
Sales sees stock availability, credit limits and past buying history while quoting, so the promise you make to the customer is one the warehouse can keep.
- Customer, contact and interaction history in one card
- Price lists, campaign prices and customer-specific discounts
- Live stock and credit checks while quoting
What your sales team gets
Built around how Hong Kong SMEs actually sell — repeat customers, negotiated prices and fast turnaround.
Quotations & sales orders
Create a quote, email the PDF, and convert it to an order in one click when the customer confirms. Revisions keep a full history.
Customer 360 view
Orders, invoices, outstanding balance, returns and every interaction on one screen — anyone can pick up the account.
Prices & discounts
Customer price groups, volume breaks, campaign pricing and end dates — applied automatically instead of remembered by staff.
Opportunity management
Track leads through stages with expected value and close date, so the pipeline is a number, not a feeling.
Campaigns & segments
Build customer segments, run campaigns with dedicated pricing, and measure the orders each campaign actually generated.
Recurring & blanket orders
Standing monthly deliveries and blanket agreements release automatically — ideal for contract and consignment customers.
Credit control
Credit limits and blocked customers are enforced at order entry, so risky orders are stopped before they ship.
Salesperson performance
Commission-ready reporting by salesperson, territory and product group, straight from posted invoices.
Sales analytics
Margin by customer, item and channel — see which 'big' customers are actually thin on profit.
Spend time selling, not typing
Copilot and Bizspoke agents handle the paperwork around each deal.
Sales order agent
Reads emailed purchase orders and drafts the sales order for review.
Product descriptions
Copilot writes listing text for new items in seconds.
Margin warnings
Flags quotes priced below your target margin before they go out.
Reorder suggestions
Spots customers whose repeat order is overdue.
Questions SMEs ask us
Straight answers about running sales in Business Central.
Do we still need a separate CRM?
For most SMEs, no. Business Central covers contacts, opportunities, campaigns, quotations and the full order-to-cash flow. If your team runs high-volume outbound marketing or complex multi-stage pipelines, we can connect Dynamics 365 Sales — but we usually recommend starting with what's built in and adding only when a real gap appears.
Can sales staff see stock before promising a delivery date?
Yes. Availability by location, incoming purchase orders and expected receipt dates are visible on the order line, so your team quotes a date the warehouse can actually meet. With m-In WMS connected, the picture includes bin-level stock.
Can we keep our customer-specific price agreements?
Yes — we migrate your existing price agreements into customer price groups, volume discounts and campaign prices with start and end dates. Prices then apply automatically at order entry rather than depending on whoever takes the call.
How does it work with our online store?
We integrate Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or your own storefront so web orders land as sales orders, stock levels sync back and settlements reconcile in finance. That integration work is one of our core services.
